Carlo Frappi – Azerbaijan, a Crossroads of Caucasus
BOOK: Azerbaijan feeds its roots in waters of ancient times and faces the international stage of the third millennium, being strong and proud of its economic growth. This well-illustrated book is a starting point for a reader who gradually gets closer to economy, culture, arts, history and geography of the Caucasian country. An amazing journey into the world of artisan crafts, music and breathtaking landscapes of a state which is, at the same time, Islamic and mundane, where many religions co-exist together peacefully, and the Constitution guarantees the full equality of rights for men and women. The reading is being helped by charts, graphics and tables reported on the book.
