AUTHOR: Carlo Frappi is a member of ASIAC (Association for the studies of Central Asia and Caucasus) in Italy. He is the founder of ICTS (Italian Center for Turkish Studies) and responsible for the desk of Turkey at Equilibri. He cooperates with the Institute for the studies of international politics as a research fellow at the Observatory dedicated to Caucasus.
